- tired of anime? after you study, you can call your family or friend and chat about cookies and anime
- not an option? No problem. try something different. go take a walk. get some fresh air.
Small breaks are good through out the day like maybe 5 minutes, but you shouldn't check email or sns or anything like that in small breaks. If you do, you'll end up staying on sns or email or stuff like that more than 5 minutes, and since you have to use a lot of processing power for those tasks, it might be hard to shift back to studying. Leave stuff like that for a longer break like 30 minutes.
This is easier in theory than in practice, as you have to customize it for yourself and you need to take a little time to find what will work for you.
